Developing a marketing communications plan that includes strategy, goals, budget, and brand presence, Jovy-Anne Fletcher is a brand manager in a renowned company. She manages the inventory in-line with buyer, loss prevention, wage management, UPT’s and average $. As a brand manager, it is her responsibility to develop a marketing communication plan that includes the strategy, goals, budget, and brand presence.  She coordinates all the public relation activities and develops media relations strategy while seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media.

Jovy-Anne Fletcher formerly worked into the Global Accounts and Operations at Sol Sana where she liaised with sales team members in regard to the season sales orders, timing, receiving, allocation, communication, and updates. Apart from that, she made sure that inventory is arriving on time into warehouses by liaising with production team members and factories, and reporting any key issues and deadlines to management timeously.

She worked to provide social media and customer services at Black Milk Clothing where she worked to maintain a high level of customer support through email and live chat daily. She also implemented and maintained all online dispatch and customer service procedures. Jovy worked to manage all the digital and social medial platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. It is important to maintain all the digital and social media platforms, which is draining. Managing the social media accounts is necessary and a boon for your business.

Earlier in 2010, Jovy served as the Production Assistant at Zimmermann where she assisted with organizing samples and showroom set up. She communicated with the design and technical team to ensure fitting comments are being sent on time. Besides, she reviewed samples, size specs and construction of projects.

Pertaining to her education credentials, Jovy-Anne Fletcher completed her Advance Diploma of Business from FBI Fashion College. Regarding the skills she has developed, she is quite energetic and has the ability to accomplish heavy loads. During high school, Jovy loved to play representative netball. She played for Sydney west and NSW. In her free time, she loves to do ice-skating, running, and yoga.
