Jovy-Anne Fletcher communicated daily with domestic and overseas suppliers

As a brand manager, Jovy-Anne Fletcher serves as the brand manager where she works to manage all the online advertising, events, social media, professional associations, and other organizations to generate sales to ensure the sales growth. She coordinates all the public relation activities and develops media relations strategy, while seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media. Besides, she manages inventory in-line with buyers, loss prevention, wage management, and UPTs. Jovy works to analyze customer behavior for site traffic, page performance, click navigation, purchase conversion and shopping pattern to drive sales in virtual shopping environment. 

Formerly providing the social media and customer service at Black Milk Clothing, Jovy maintained a high level of customer support through email and live chat daily. She managed all digital and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. She maintained and implemented all online dispatch and customer service procedures.

Being into the Global Accounts and Operations, Jovy made sure that inventory is arriving on time into warehouses by liaising with production team members and factories, and reporting any key issues and deadlines to management timeously. Jovy communicated with customers in regard to outstanding balances and collections. 

In her earlier professional career, Jovy-Anne Fletcher served as the Production Assistant at Zimmermann. He assisted with organizing samples and showroom set up. She communicated with the design and technical team to ensure fitting comments are being sent on time. Besides, she reviewed samples, size specs and construction of projects. In addition to this, she communicated daily with domestic and overseas suppliers. She allocated all the boutique and major customer orders. 

Apart from being highly skilled in cash handling, reconciliation, and banking, Jovy-Anne Fletcher is highly energetic who holds the ability to accomplish the heavy workloads. She holds a positive and proactive approach to excellence in customer service and staff support. Overall, Jovy possesses efficient time management and organizational skills. Pertaining to her education credentials, Jovy-Anne Fletcher completed her Advance Diploma of Business from FBI Fashion College.
